TECHCYCLE is a unique program that grew out of the desire of Dr. Anthony Mazzullo, Stamford's Superintendent of Schools, to place a computer in the home of every 4^th grade student in the City of Stamford. 

TECHCYCLE was born under the leadership of Garry Feldman, U.S. Computer Connection and has evolved into a consortium of businesses, community organizations, and educational institutions.  Its goal was to solicit contributions of unneeded computers from area businesses and individuals, and recycle them to families of 4^th grade students who might not have the ability to purchase a family computer. 

Winner of the 2003 Civic Award
